The Aniello Longobardi uses only fresh ITALIAN tomatoes from selected crops, controlled by the inside and outside technical staff of the company, in direct cooperation with suppliers and farmers, in order to ensure the traceability of the product from fields to counters, through modern software system expressly made for the company.
For several years, the company has been using a particular agricultural technique able to reduce drastically pesticide residues in agricultural products that end up on our tables, as well as the environmental impact due to the indiscriminate use of synthetic chemical products.
